I understood and patiently waited with no problem but when it was our turn and he skipped us to help someone who got there way after me and proceeding to wait another 15 minutes is absolutely insane to me we walked out after an hour with only being told the whole time once “I’ll be right with you” not a check in or anything. What’s the point of the sign in system? As a business account owner at Verizon this is not the service I want my business with at this point. The sad part is I was going in for multiple new phones today and left with not a single one.
