I look and my name was up next, waited another 20 mins, and again nothing. Checked the iPad and then my name isn’t there. I am the only black guy in he store with a black shirt, couldn’t be missed. They literally ignored and skipped over me. It is 2025 nearly 2026, leave the racism alone. Wasn’t greeted a single time, walked all about the store. Hard finding good service, will definitely be closing this account and going where they pretend they appreciate me at least.

I didn’t recieve anything and I called Verizon’s customer service for help. They let me know it’ll be delivered by Dec 12th. It’s very frustrating that these stores aren’t doing business honestly but rather selling lies. Didn’t expect this from Verizon and their employees.
