Checking in was easy as they had gotten copies of his records from his regular vet. His treatment plan was tweaked to one which I could afford . Plus they provided a free initial office visit for new comers. The clinic was clean and the employees were caring & considerate. I was informed of the treatment with explanations given throughout our visit. I appreciated Dr. Wilson & his clinic & would recommend them for your pet’s needs. They also gave me a free initial flea treatment, which was a treat.

So we didn’t have to pay right there and then. And we had a whole problem because they were asking us to pay right when we walked out of the room where we put our dog down. And the front desk was so rude. The vet and the tech were so sweet. But after telling us they would send the bill and then after not even be able to process that our dog passed. Was the worst feeling on the planet.
