    My mother had to put down her for a baby of 17 years. This particular location did a wonderful. The majority of the staff was patient, kind and showed empathy. The reason I say majority is there was one employee who wasn't as pleasant as the rest of of the staff. Susie spoke to me with shortness and gave me attitude on a day we needed to be given compassion and understanding. Aside from that our experience was pleasant.

    Horrible experience, they immediately wanted payment for an exam done three days ago at Becker. Rude assistant admitted they could get exam results but they still wanted to price $100 for another pointless exam. Money hungry.
