We’ve been going to VCA since I adopted my dog from the humane society a few years ago. We’ve always had the most pleasant experience. Most recently Megan was great in taking care of our pup for her vet tech appointment and heartworm test.

I just want to start off that I am so grateful for the technicians and the doctors there. However, I am not happy on my recent appointment. I took my newly adopted cat (1+yr) since he had some eye boogers and he kept sneezing a lot. I figured it was maybe allergies or he was just sick. After arriving to the appointment, I was told that it may be an infection and that my cat has a heart murmur and that, will cause him to have a stroke and possibly pass away. Then, I was told he MAY have ulcers behind his eyes and they would have to do an exam for that which I’m assuming was going to be a lot of money. My cat that I just adopted is a VERY healthy baby. I was just concerned about his allergies/virus. I left feeling horrible since I just had to put my other cat down a couple of months ago. Right now, my cat is feeling way better because of the amoxicillin/clav that was prescribed to him. He’s back to himself and he’s running, playing, drinking and eating perfectly fine and for that I’m happy.

I brought my dog here in May to be checked out and get a heart worm test. They never called me with the results or instructions to follow after. But they sure got the $100 to do said test. They haven't sent anything or called to follow up in the last 5 months either, which is very odd to me. 10/10 don't recommend.

I had been happy enough, but they charged me over 500 dollars for a blood panel THEN called to ask for an additional 200+ dollars for more work (on the same blood.) Absolute highway robbery. I shouldn't have paid for what I already did, honestly.

Excellent Vets Ruined by Terrible Management - Pets at Risk Take your pets and money elsewhere! Gabe and Angela have let an employee take over the practice in ways that directly affect patient care - your pets. I reached out to corporate and was promised a call back from regional management and the clinic - crickets. Gabe only called me a WEEK later, AFTER I contacted corporate again and stated I was taking my cats elsewhere. He doesn't care about pet safety or client trust - he didn't care about my concerns until the consequence actually came. I left because it became clear my pets were not safe, at a *vet clinic*, because of one employee. I gave them time to address the issue and ensure patient care and safety, and they didn't care. MANAGEMENT DO NOT CARE. Protect your pets.
