Typically very long wait times, some times around an hour, and very expensive. Most visits are $200-600. Accompany elderly family members if they use this facility because the vet techs will upsell at every opportunity. Nice people though I suppose.

We adopted a dog from a local organization who recommended this facility. Each time we have taken the dog, we have had to wait well beyond the appointment time. While not happy, we had signed a care plan with them for 12 months, so we continued to use them. We were told our dog needed to have a tooth removed and a cleaning. They told us to bring our dog at 7:30am and not to not feed the dog in the morning. Having not heard back, we called around noon and were told they had not started the procedure. We called back at 3:30 and were told they had two other surgeries that had complications and had still not started on our dog. This meant our dog was in a kennel without food for the entire day. The tech told use she had been walked and had fluids. The tech thentold us they would start on our dog at 4pm and to be there at 5:30 to pick her up because they close at 6pm. After I arrived, the Dr said they had only cleaned the teeth because the x-ray showed she needed other teeth pulled and it was too late in the day to treat her. Because of their poor scheduling, our dog was stuck in a kennel all day without food. Knowing they had limited time, they still put her under anesthesia late in the day when the cleaning could've been easily rescheduled for when they planned to remove the other teeth. The Dr gave my wife one story and the tech gave me a different story. They added on fees before the surgery began - including a fee to "quick read" the x-rays which was meant to avoid this exact situation. They should've known before starting that more teeth needed to be pulled. The staff was rude and the Dr was dismissive. We will be filing a complaint with the state. They will not let us out of the care plan without charging more than the value of the plan, and it is not transferable to another VCA.
