- SGS Penny GarciaNov 7, 20255.0Went in last night and switched from AT&To Cricket. I have never had Cricket and thought it was a bad idea until I had bad service at AT&T city base. Emily was Awesome and was so patient and friendly. I will recommend anyone now to Cricket because of her. I got a survey and didn't read correctly and accidentally pressed wrong number. I want to follow up with an apology. You don't come across people like that anymore. The rep from AT&T should take lessons and notes from her. Thank you Emily and Cricket
