    Stopped to get a new phone and from the start, Jasmine was amazing! She answered all my questions and assisted with all the transferring of my data. Even though it took a few hours to get all the info from the old phone, she did it with a smile and NEVER complained. She was personable and friendly the entire time! And it was her first day. I am very happy with my experience thanks to her!

    I had an iPhone but had to downgrade cus they coulsnt help me due to wait for a claim n maybe wait a week to get an answer. Another week to see if they have a phone, or two n I need a phone in case of an emergency. Which something like this would ever happen again or something else. Didn't want to go to apple store, so I got myself a Samsung phone cheap n on the quickstep. What's the use of getting a stupid insurance service n not get the help or service for it. Its just wasting money on something useless that u could pay for urself by buying ur own phone without the service that wont benefit u in the long wrong. I could get another phone through apple but why when I got the iphone from cricket I demand the service n get another phone from any cricket store. N not from where I normally got it from. It's a scam in way, being robbed n not getting helped. I left sprint for a better service n I got the whole opposite as them. Service is much better when on the road but the when it comes to phones breaking down had to be different.
