- JBJen BNov 24, 20251.0I called and spoke to Stephanie who was extremely rude and condescending from the beginning of the call. I called to inquire about purchasing an iPhone and adding another line to my plan. She clearly hates her job and needs to find a new line of work since she doesn’t like answering general questions during business hours! Stephanie hung up on me not once, not twice but 3 times! I asked to speak to a manager and she said “Stop asking that” and hung up again. Based on the reviews, she seems to have the same poor attitude with the majority of customers. You will continue losing business having this type of miserable person answering your phones. Terrible service do NOT go here or even call this location because Stephanie hates her job and will be in a bad mood and take it out on whoever crosses her path.

Every time I go into a store it seems the person either has an attitude or tries to constantly up sell me. This is the first time I went to this store and the customer service was above exceptional. Vanessa worked with me to find the phone with the exact features and not an overload. I'm not up to date on all the newest technology. Vanessa took the time to listen to me and from walking into the store she greeted me with a big smile and was both professional and personable. Vanessa is definitely an asset to your organization.
