- DGDiana GomezJun 7, 20251.0Don’t ever go to this place this person called Stephanie she is extremely bad employee, is extremely rude and very unprofessional when she was speaking to me she wasn’t even looking at me she was on the phone on a call with someone I think the boyfriend, when I walked in she was on her phone the whole time she was on her phone, her appearance was not professional she looked like she didn’t care of her job and her clients, she smelled like weed and the whole place too, when I wanted to cancelled my service she said that we can’t do that and we can’t refund you she never let me speak and I was speaking the whole conversation she kept interrupting me. Please go somewhere else this place is not worth your money.

The manager was the type of manager that only knows how to tell you they can't do anything to fix a problem. A problem that was a result of their mishandling and how you have to call your bank etc... I would provide a name but she wasn't wearing a name tag... Wonder why. Anyhow, my transaction posted according to my bank, but despite that fact, she insisted it was pending. After informing her about the transaction status she says, "well I'd like to hear them say that", so of course, I called them and they said precisely that... Then she says, "there's nothing I can do"... So, why did you need to hear them confirm it was posted from my bank just to tell me you can't do anything...? So many mishandled interactions. The best example of the worst customer service. Purchased phone in a matter of minutes on black friday. No manager needed.
