They ended up scamming my elderly neighbor out of $220 for the same reason I had because he bout new cricket phones for him and his wife and wanted the number transferred from the old phones. Ending up going to the Cricket on Fredricksburg and they gladly switched my number to my new phone “free charge” like it should be. I didn’t get the names of the 2 girls that worked there that day but they need to be reported for theft…. I don’t recommend this location but if you do go please be aware and always ask for a price list.
