- AGAl GadaramNov 4, 20232.0Sandy, the mgr., failed to tell me to return to the store to activate something, she failed to tell me that the cellphone needs updates every other day, she failed to tell me that I need WIFI to set up an account to pay, she told me my monthly bill was $30 yet I get a bill for $70, she didn't tell me a lot of things. Why do I need WIFI when my cellphone is on a active line? And why can't they unlock the cellphone prior to 6 months? Of course the owner isn't around. He doesn't care if his customers have problems with their phone or misinformation, he just wants them to sell!!! I am shopping for a new cellphone company or at least a new cricket location where the employees give the correct information. And the location condition does need to be improved.
