  Roxanne was terrible, I told her 5 times I needed and s24 plus case and she replied s25, I said no s24 plus, the she comes back with two phone cases that where not s24 plus cases. Its like she wasn't hearing what I was saying. I told her I would come back and she gave me a very judgemental look. Worst customer service ever. Come on Cricket I've read multiple other reviews and there are alot of complaints about her. Why is she still there she is hindering your buisness.

  Absolute WORST experience ever when I had to deal with roxxane. very disrespectful, very judgmental, incredibly bad customer service. she would rather insult you and talk about the irrelevant than do her job. she should NOT be working there. 0 stars in reality. didn't even help with my issue. I genuinely have never had a worse experience. I get better customer service by the scammers on the streets than by roxxane.

  Came in here to see if my phone can get fixed and if not if there’s any way i can retrieve my data and put it onto a new phone and this older lady with heavy makeup who has light skin but is hispanic with veneers or just really bleached bottom teeth with a lisp was extremely rude. I think her name was roxanne. she wasted my friends and my time. she shamed me for not having insurance on my phone and for choosing an e sim and blabbing on about her abusive boyfriend and her ex boyfriends and saying all guys are scammers and gave my friend a talk about how to not get kidnapped instead of helping me. instead she took an hour and a half to tell me there’s nothing she can do and that it’s my fault for buying a refurbished phone and i should feel shame in myself and that i should get off my moms plan. mind you, i’m not even 20. why am i going to not be on my moms plan? if i can get the help i’m going to. and she proceeds to call me indecisive and trying to give me candy while i’m holding my frustration in and i tell her no and she’s being so insistent on it. also she kept telling me i don’t need my mom when i was calling my mom to ask questions. simple as that. this lady has real issues. also she was extremely rude to everyone who came in. and she kept making assumptions about my phone saying i’ve dropped it and my phones super greasy because of my hands like that’s so unnecessary especially from an older lady. she needs to be fired. also she kept interrupting me saying “you didn’t answer my question” or “did you understand me?” like WHO talks to a kid like that??

  My friend and I went to this location to get her phone fixed, and the worker that was there, Roxanne, was absolutely awful. I don't ever leave bad reviews, but she absolutely deserves it! She wasted our time (AN HOUR AND A HALF), refused to tell us if she could fix my friend's phone, and spent more time trauma dumping on me, than doing her job. She spent an entire houre ridiculing my friend for not knowing her Cricket pin off the top of her head, repeatedly called her indecisive, and told her that she should be independent and not stay on her mom's phone plan. After all, Roxanne said that she was doing adult things at the age of 15🙄🙄 Roxanne is rude, snippy, and should not be working on customer service. She'd rather be studying, or making money off commissions than actually helping. And I'm not even talking about how rude she was to the other customers there!! Either way, we're never coming back here because of Roxanne! An absolute rude person who needs to learn how to talk to customers rather than over them
