- JPJr PJan 2, 20261.0Was there just to make a payment for my wife's mom's phone and the guy was rude, they telling us we needed her id, and to be added to her account and all these things, we just wanted to make a payment not find out account information, the guy was just annoyed he had to work for 2 min

She (at least) asked me if I needed help but as I was explaining to her she kept interrupting me and saying that they don’t do that at store. She didn’t stoped her video, making her braid extensions and didn’t even looked at me until I asked her if she could check. Extremely bad attitude and extremely unprofessional.
