When taking a animal to the vet... You expect to pay.. over 1000 on one animal. Payed 923 for shots, neuter, ect... they seemed plenty happy to take my money... the vets are nice.. kind of ignore things when you mention them. But the secretaries the ones taking the payments... beyond rude... it breaks my heart because Ive sworn by VCA for years for many pets. After the way I was treated I dont know that I would ever step foot in again..

This vet is the sweetest and kindest place I have ever been to. In December of 2019, my childhood cat was sick and passing away; and while they didn't take walk ins, they made an exception for me. I was 18 and in distress. Not only did they treat me with kindness but my cat with kindness. I have never forgotten or will ever forget what they did for me. This review might be late but the care they showed me will be with me for the rest of my life. Thank you so much.

I am overall very unhappy with how they treated my cat, Rosie. I paid around $400 for her appointment, medicine, and urinalysis, yet the care she received was completely unacceptable. They told me she urinated while on her back, but never mentioned that she was left covered in urine. Instead of cleaning or drying her, they just put her back in the crate wet, upset, and uncomfortable. They also told me they couldn’t get a proper sample, so I had to collect it myself at home. I emailed the manager regarding this and never received a response. I will never bring my cats here again — this clinic lacks compassion, professionalism, and even basic hygiene.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you. My fur baby didn't have much time left. The VCA ladies were so kind and professional. Not only did they make my Queen feel loved in her last moments but, me also. I received a signed card a week later from all the ladies. I was overwhelmed with how much they cared. Thank you so much for help my queen and restoring my faith in people
