I paid around $400 for her appointment, medicine, and urinalysis, yet the care she received was completely unacceptable. They told me she urinated while on her back, but never mentioned that she was left covered in urine. Instead of cleaning or drying her, they just put her back in the crate wet, upset, and uncomfortable. They also told me they couldn’t get a proper sample, so I had to collect it myself at home. I emailed the manager regarding this and never received a response. I will never bring my cats here again — this clinic lacks compassion, professionalism, and even basic hygiene.

Not only did they make my Queen feel loved in her last moments but, me also. I received a signed card a week later from all the ladies. I was overwhelmed with how much they cared. They told me my dog had to be on a prescription diet, but wouldn’t give me a prescription and forced me to buy it from them directly now I have to take my dog back to another vet just to get a prescription for the special diet so I can buy it from chewy.
