I’d like to recognize two amazing employees — Angelica and Carlos — who both went above and beyond to help me with an app payment issue and my phone upgrade. Excellent customer service and such a great team!
- BGBrenda Sue GummOct 6, 20251.0Went into cricket and there is was a cricket employee at front desk with 2 customer and the other cricket employee just setting there doing nothing didn't say can I help you I mean not a word just nothing. I walked over to her and asked if she was busy and cricket employee said yes very rudely. Finally the customer comes in and the very young cricket employee was using foul language talking about food talking about turkey legs talking about chips and sauce and the other cricket employee yelled out to the other cricket employee you pregnant,instead of working. That young cricket employee had a very filthy mouth. Very rude finally she said what can I do for you it took her over an hour for her to fix my phone. I will be changing over to T-Mobile tomorrow 10/7/2025. Using foul language while adults are getting new phone and I am trying to get my phone fixed. Unbelievable that cricket let's their employees use cuss words. Will not be going back to cricket. Plus asked the young cricket employee could I use their restroom she said that the restroom doesn't work the cricket employees have to go next door or lock the doors to go home to use the restroom. Unbelievable no restrooms for the cricket employees 😕 Thank you cricket wireless owner I will never ever go back into your store not with these disrespectful cricket employee being rude, loud, and using foul language in front of customers. Plus she was not very competent for the position she has she needs way more training and extremely immature
