  I am calling out your employee Mo. If he's still employed, you have to look into him. A while ago I was at the location to buy a phone case and as he was the only one there, he told me the card reader wasn't working and made me pay through Zelle. I don't know if that goes against your policy and it seems very unprofessional since there's no way to make a record of that payment. I should have gone to a different location then and there but decided to go through with it anyway. For all I know the money could have just been pocketed as he told me what information to put in for the contact. Anyone could stage a card reader malfunction and you have to make some protocol in place for this issue being avoided when people will feel betrayed getting scammed by their own mobile carrier. At that same time he encouraged me to get some customer deal my line is eligible with but it was a one-on-one conversation. At the other Cricket locations, no one has ever gotten too personal about deals. They've only ever rung me up for what I came for, mention the deal lightly, and then I get to leave. Mo put some pressure on that and it's not right to get that at your mobile carrier. My family and I are avoiding this location forever.
