I called them to ask how much the x-ray would cost and they told me $869. Wait, whaaat? No, I did not hear them wrong. I really don't know how the vets at this place sleep at night.

Both the Dr Kayla Im and the tech Lindsey were great , so nice and informative. They treated “my Sunny” with great care and love. He even got his nails trimmed. I highly recommend VCA .

- RDRachel DeatonAug 28, 20241.0Around August 2nd I had an appointment at 2pm. We weren't seen until nearly 4. The tech was unprofessional, and just wanted to clock out. I spoke to the vet for less than 5 minutes (this happened quite frequently too). Also, I did learn heart murmurs can be serous, despite the vet saying they weren't too bad at a grade two. My cat was geriatric and had a slightly enlarged heart with kidney disease. It should've been a big red flag... That and they didn't catch my cat losing her vision. They never once checked her vision, to be quite frank. Also Solensia does in fact have side effects! My cat has since passed away (this past Sunday) due to cardiac issues and fluid filing her chest actually. Had I have been warned about the seriousness and been given options about what do to I'm sure I'd still have my baby. Since Dr. Sharp left, this place has gone to crap. NEVER AGAIN!
