- AHAlly HallDec 1, 20255.0Vanessa went out of her way for over 4 hours to help me. I had already been to 2 other cricket stores earlier and then was sent to hers. Her commitment and outstanding customer service has been AMAZING!! I have never experienced such patience and dedication anywhere else. Cricket is lucky to have such a wonderful employee! I specifically asked to speak with her higher ups as she should be given a big RAISE!! Anyone else would have told me “sorry they can’t help” and some actually did. In fact Vanessa is the one that came up with the solution that actually fixed my phone issue, and we tried calling helpdesk and other cricket avenues who could not or would not help. THANK YOU, VANESSA! You are the BEST!!
