I was surprised how quickly we were able to complete the transaction including activation of an email app which I had forgotten the password for and the back-up account on my wife's phone had been closed because it had been hacked sometime ago....the Russell Cellular employee who helped us had to use every 'tool' to get the issue succesfully resolved. I'm very happy with the encounter and would highly recommend Russell Cellular to everyone !

She was absolutely no help and very sarcastic. I told her my new address, when she could not make the address work in the system - she talked to me like I did not know my address. She even tried an address that I told her would not work and was not correct. She was training another employee and taking person phone calls while I was waiting to be helped. Never again.
