  I had stopped in there to add a phone line to my account and I met the nicest young lady that helped me out her name was Victoria she had great customer service she had answered every question that I had and I was going to buy a phone and it was so funny she's like well if you add this one to your account you'll get it for free she has a great attitude and great customer service thank you

  Even though is Christmas eve they gave me great customer service which is very hard this days especially on a holiday, I wish all store would have employees like this very polite and helpful.

  I recently had to switch carriers due to poor service. The first experience was very good. Jaylah assisted me and was very pleasant. HOWEVER, I decided to go back to get home internet. I was told I could use my Father's information (WITH HIS PERMISSION) to get service approved with no problem because I do not use credit. By the way, they advertise no credit check for PREPAID AUTOPAY services. Yet they STILL insisted upon a "soft" credit check to "verify ID" even though I have an account AND my State issued Driver License. Anyway, I got permission from my father (we both have the same address and everything) and he provided me with his Driver License and SS#. He just happened to be on a cruiseship at the time I needed his assistance. I went to see the same associate for help but was told she wasn't working and they insisted that they could help me no problem. I explained the situation to anothet associate AND the store manager "Dannielle" (whom I discerned as DANIEL) and they both assured me it would be no problem. In fact, the associate stated clearly "I have done this many times,it's no problem". Then they asked me for the ID's. All of a sudden they had to have a whisper conversation about me. Then out of the blue the store manager just flipped, and got loud and aggressive and accusatory infront of other customers and started loudly threatening to call the police on me for "fraud"!!! It was VERY offensive and upsetting. I told "her" that I have committed no crime and had permission and was told that I could do what I was attempting to do by the first associate AND confirmed by the second associate (otherwise why would I even continue entertaining the process?) The response was basically that I was lying and no one told me that (even though neither of these people were present when I WAS told that by the first associate; nor, was the store manager present when the second associate concurred). The store manager became even more aggressive and almost irate when I reconfirmed that yes I was told that and that was the ONLY reason I even bothered to return to the store. Again as I decided to just leave and take my business elsewhere, I was hit with accusations again of trying to commit a "crime" and threats of having the police called on me. This is preposterous and unwarranted. I was in NO WAY worried about the police being called, but did not have the time or patience for them to come and explain that no crime had been committed (and I didn't want to waste city resources simply because of one person's ignorance and self entitlement. Furthermore I did not desire to escalate the situation where I may have possible been frustrated and angered to the point of actuall doing sometging wrong). If this is the customer service representation for Cricket as a company (or a reflection upon ownership of the store--which I suspect is not the case--then they have big problems. I left the store and immediately called Cricket Support. I reported what I have written here. They assured me that it would be escalated to higher ups and that they would make sure the store manager would not be able to retaliate or get revenge in any way. I trust that is true and accurate (but am doubtful they will actually do anything to fillow up because it was some girl in the Phillipines), and I can only hope the store owner can take appropriate action regarding how I was misled, mistreated, spoken to and threatened. I will never set foot in that store again, I can tell you that. And judging by other reviews this is not an isolated incident regarding THAT store manager. I read other reports of poor attitude, aggressiveness and poor customer service. I didn't deserve to be treated like a common criminal for really no valid and certainly no criminal reason, and the store owner doesn't deserve to have that kind of representation for their business in my humble opinion.
