I drove over 30 minutes to get to this location for help getting the SIM card out of a phone so I could activate a new phone. I had already tried with a paper clip as the website suggested which didn't work. Verizon Customer Service recommended going to a store. When I walked in the store, he couldn't even bother to stand up to walk over and greet me. He remained seated at the back of the store and barely turned to communicate with me. His immediate response was that if he even touched my phone, he had to charge me $35 and should have gone to the Verizon company store, not a dealer. And by the way, that store, 15 minutes away, closed in exactly 1 minute. I went in the store with the intention to also buy a new case and a magnetic charger, but with his Ash's terrible attitude and horrible customer service, I wouldn't have given him a dime. If he worked for me, I would have fired him had I witnessed how he treated a customer. The dealer locations are only interested in selling a new phone and could care less about anything else. Avoid them!
