- ABAgustin Barcenas5 days ago1.0If I could give no stars I honestly would. This whole store lacks customer service and skills. The store manager Austin is honestly a liar and cheat. I took my phones in from another company for a promotion. Austin himself told me that I would be paying $150 for both my line and my wife’s. He included all the deals that came with the promotion such as streaming services and Apple Music. All sounded like a great deal. Right?!? Well he didn’t live up to his word at all. Our bill was always $300+ and we didn’t receive credit for our phones until I called Verizon customer service and got the deal applied. Which tools 4+ hours. When I told them about the promo that Austin promised and priced they called him to verify and he said “that he’d be happy to help the customer” but immediately proceeded to hang up. Not what I’d expect out of a store manager. Verizon even went as far as to state that the store in question. Was not an actual Verizon store but a company called cellular sales. They why is there Verizon in big letters in front of the store?!?!? All in all. I dumped Verizon for their worthless service and lack of customer support. I do not recommend this store or company. Especially do not recommend Austin for anything short of telling you where the restroom is.
