  Brianna was very nice & helpful! She was very friendly and was patient with me and my 100 questions. She was able to answer everything to where I understood. She helped me get my account started and walk out with a new phone in stock the same day!

  We went in with a phone to do a port and activation and it went through till the end and it finally said not able to do. We thought we were not going to be able to get a phone working that day but Brianna helped us to make sure we got a phone with service that day and got the number we wanted on the phone. She saved the day.

  Today I stopped by at cricket looking for an affordable phone line, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with amazing customer service by Brianna. I was told about their amazing promotion going on right now, I got a goodie bag and won some cool prizes. I will definitely be going back to get a plan, so if you’re looking for a great affordable phone line with amazing customer service I would come here! Thanks cricket!!

  This company needs Zero stars! Whatever you do , stay away from cricket wireless. Terrible terrible! I asked about paying for the year of mobile service, if I would get a refund if I chose to cancel before the year was completed. They said yes. So I paid for a year of mobile service. I switched to another provider and that left 270.00 in my account. Now they are keeping it and not refunding me That's theft. I'm thinking of filing a police report for them stealing my money and not offering me service or a refund.
