    "BEWARE OF SCAMS" This is totally a fraud store who claims to be verizon store but it's actually not. I wish there was 0 star which I can give it to this store. Very unprofessional and most horrible customer services. I placed an order from Verizon application to pick up a new iPhone device from this store as it was showing on verizon website that it was available to pick up at this location but when I went to pick up the iPhone they wouldn't release the iphone saying that they are not verizon. They are Victra and asked me to contact Verizon instead, even though they had iPhone in stock. On the top of that manager/owner who was sitting at the front desk was extremely rude and he ended up cancelling my order which ruined my entire account as Verizon offer was deleted when he canceled my order. I would not recommend this store to anyone and I have formally filed a complain with Verizon corporate level. Verizon is actively looking into this incident to break the tie with Victra as it was a horrible experience for me and my family members. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANY KIND OF PURCHASE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!

    Came in to purchase two iPhones and had a very frustrating experience. Jered Campbell over-promised and under-delivered, sending me on a wild goose chase. I was told to come back on a specific day, only to return and find out he wasn’t even in attendance. Customer service was terrible — over a 2+ hour wait, no organization, and customers were being skipped with no explanation. The entire process was chaotic and unprofessional. I attempted to escalate the issue by calling the general manager, Michael Sara, but was sent straight to a voicemail box that isn’t even set up. For anyone paying these high Verizon bills and expecting quality customer service, my advice is to go to the next nearest Verizon location. This store is not worth the time or frustration.

    Very disappointed with the service. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING TO ANOTHER LOCATION🙏🏼 If my billing issues are not resolved, I will follow up with additional details and the name of the associate involved. We truly regret signing up at this location.

    The staff at this Verizon store was pleasant, friendly, and helpful overall. The service itself was smooth, and the representative took time to assist us without rushing, which I appreciated. That said, I would advise customers to carefully review their account afterward. A $40 per month Verizon device protection plan for 2 iPhones was added without informing us. I noticed it right away through the email confirmation and the app and was able to catch it quickly. Good experience in terms of customer service, but definitely double check your plan details before leaving the store.
