    Had an good experience upgrading my phone at the verizon store. The process was smooth and easy. The gentleman that hepled me, named Deric, did a great job setting up the phones and explaining the price plans and fees. i have been to other verizons and alawys get hit with unexpected charges and fees that were never explained upfront . Im happy I went to this location and that Deric was the one to help me out, 5 of 5 would come back and highly recommend.

    Had an awesome experience opening up a new line with Deric. From the very get go he was helpful and professional and streamlined the entire experience very quickly. Called for information , very quickly set an appointment and got all my information . Next day I shouted up and was in and out in under 20 mins. Will definitely be referring friends and family to yall!

    If you want someone to really help you, is patient, and is always there when you're having trouble Deric is the one you want to be helped by! He is the only one I trust with helping me whether it be to order a new phone or if I'm having trouble with my account, he is always there. He is very knowledgeable and nice and he is bilingual! (He speaks spanish). He does not sugar coat anything he is very straight forward and that's what I like about him. A lot of these sales reps will lie just to get a sale, but not Deric he makes sure I understand everything. He always makes me feel welcomed and I have had friends and family go to him since he's a guy you can trust and so far none of them have complained about him. You can tell that he really cares about his job and takes it serious. Bottom line, ask for Deric! P.S- sometimes we have issues with the service, but I understand that's not his fault. Do better Verizon! I'm giving 5 stars because of this one employee!

What really stood out was his patience and knowledge — Derick answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) without ever making me feel rushed. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. If you’re going to Verizon, ask for Derick! You’ll get top-notch service and leave feeling confident and well taken care of.
