She did so right before us and told us she’d call us when the order was received so we’d come to the store, pick up and do the rest of what was needed in order for me to get the phone. Weeks go by with no call, we go to the store and ask about the phone for someone to tell us they sold it and all they had was a iPhone 8 Plus in black. That was extremely unprofessional. You order the phone for us, tell us you’d call when it came, but sell to someone else without saying anything. And then continue to try to convince me to get the phone I did not want and make it seem like a burden to order another. In all a bad experience and ended up with the black phone.
