My wife went into store and the older man there was absolutely most unhelpful. With a non-working watch, he reluctantly proceeded to inform me to contact the insurance # but did not confirm i knew my verizon pin of which is required for insurance purposes.
He seemed put out to help me in a reasonable manner and will avoid this location going forward.
