Cellphone outages constantly in the summer and now in winter. Cricket always lets its customers down by making them wait on call for 20+ mins. They never compensate their customers for lack of service. Cricket is unreliable. I do not recommend this phone carrier.

I went to the cricket store to get my phone fixed today and the manager refused to help me. I am an elderly woman who has used cricket for years. My phone had talk back turned on and Carla told me there was nothing I could do and rudely turned me away. I came to Walmart and they fixed my phone for me with no question or charge. I decided to switch my carrier anyway because I don't want to be with a carrier that treats their customers that way. She should be removed from that position because she has a nasty horrible attitude.
