My phone had talk back turned on and Carla told me there was nothing I could do and rudely turned me away. I came to Walmart and they fixed my phone for me with no question or charge. I decided to switch my carrier anyway because I don't want to be with a carrier that treats their customers that way. She should be removed from that position because she has a nasty horrible attitude.
