Absolutely horrible service. Didn’t ask us to sit down, didn’t put their phone down so he could LOOK at us, told us the only way we could update was to use the app…he could do nothing for us.
We pay our bill on time, every month, without fail. So we help pay HIS salary. But our plan was an older plan so he couldn’t help us. 🤷🏼♀️I called the Verizon store in Childress and they said, come in and we will do whatever we need to do to help you update your phone. THAT is customer service.

Amber did more for us than any employee has done for us anywhere. Issues that other Verizon stores said were impossible to fix she took care of in minutes. Subscriptions that were broken, iPads that had stopped functioning, years worth of problems fixed by her in a matter of 30 minutes. This is the best service I have ever had at a Verizon store and I will be going out of my way to return here for any future purchases.

I was searching for a new provider and was recommended Verizon. I called the store and spoke to Anthony and when I arrived he was extremely professional with his assistance. I got a better plan at a much better price and I got a new galaxy s25 plus and he transferred everything for me, I was so impressed I wanted to compliment and thank him. Sincerely Malcom McKay.

We visited this location to purchase new phones, and from the moment the representative approached us, something felt off. He took our information and went to the back but never returned to assist us. After waiting about 20–25 minutes with no communication, we decided to leave. As soon as we walked out of the building, we saw from our car that he came out and went directly to another customer without even checking on us first. It made us wonder if there are cameras in the back and he saw that we had left. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and disappointing.
