Absolutely above and beyond customer service specifically the current manager I didn’t quite catch his name, but he had red hair and lots of cool tattoos along with a woman named Amber. I was having issues setting up a new account at this location. It took well over an hour, but they are both very patient and dedicated. I will be recommending this store to everyone who wants to switch cell providers and I’ll be coming back for all my own needs.

THE STORE MANAGER ISNT WILLING TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO DISABLED PEOPLE. We bought a phone online and wanted to pick it up and the manager required that the bed ridden disabled person somehow mange to travel an hour into Lubbock and pick up her device and would not cooperate when we tried to find alternative solutions. "Customer Service" is an automated system that leads no where. Worst Experience we ever had.

Was just basically told to leave this store at 7:25 because after 7:30 they only take appointments. When I pointed out we were there before then the woman in charge caught an attitude with us and said that it is “unfair” to her workers for us to come so late. We have been with verizon for years and have a family plan with 7 people after this we will be looking elsewhere for a phone provider.

This store has the worst customer service and they never answer the phone . I returned to get the right cord for my internet box and he literally locked door in my face at 7:59 even though I’ve been calling since 730
