- DWDebbie WrightOct 1, 20181.0Walked into this store this afternoon and the guy working "DID NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE A FRIEND AND I WERE IN THE BUILDING ". HE WAS TOO BUSY WITH A PERSONAL CALL. BECAUSE THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE BUILDING. I am a cricket customer and was trying too get a friend to switch from metro pcs. I'm grateful there are other cricket stores in Lubbock because I WILL NOT EVER STEP INSIDE OF THAT ONE AGAIN. Have a screen protector for a phone marked 3.99. For LG Harmony 2. It's 2.50 at the cricket store.. Manager wouldn't honor the price as marked. Would not match your online price. Told her it was false advertising. And she said she would change the price right away. This is the second time I've been in that store and received sorry service
