I had a disappointing experience at this Verizon location today.
I called earlier in the morning to confirm an appointment for this specific store. When I arrived, there were only two employees present: a female employee who was on a personal phone call and a male employee who was already helping another customer. Once the female employee got off the phone, she greeted me and told me the male employee would assist me when he was finished — which I had no problem waiting for.
However, instead of waiting, she began packing up her things as if she was getting ready to leave. Then she decided to take over the male employee’s computer while he was still actively helping his customer to give me quotes. This felt unnecessary and rushed, especially since I was willing to wait my turn.
While the gentleman was trying to assist me, the female employee repeatedly walked back and forth from the back of the store to his desk and engaged him in a personal conversation. She was asking him questions such as whether he was going to miss her when she was gone. I found this very unprofessional and distracting, especially with customers present. Personal conversations like that should be handled when there are no customers in the store.
On top of that, she only half-listened to what I was asking, which resulted in repeated misunderstandings. I had to reiterate my questions multiple times. One thing I was very clear about was that I wanted to pay cash up front for an iPhone 17 Pro Max. She told me this was not possible.
When the male employee finally finished with his customer and attempted to help me properly, she came back behind his desk and instructed him to put the phone on my bill as a monthly payment. I had to stop her again and explain that this was not what I wanted. She insisted it couldn’t be done and claimed Verizon would not honor the trade-in promotion if I paid in full upfront.
Because of this, I left and went to a different Verizon location — even though I arrived there about 10 minutes before closing. That store had no problem doing exactly what I asked: paying up front, shipping the phone to me, honoring the promotion, and clearly breaking down the price differences between storage options.
I want to fairly warn others that at this location, you may feel rushed out even though the staff is polite and smiling. Unfortunately, they were not willing to work with my needs, which ultimately costs Verizon business. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 22 years, and I’m very glad I chose to go to a different store.

We switched providers to Verizon and our previous provider was an absolute menace to switch from, but Lisa helped us out and had absolutely the best attitude abt it! Seriously I would’ve absolutely lost my mind if I were her, like poor girl was talking to a representative for at LEAST an hour and the rep at some point just hung up?? Insane behavior but she pulled through for us and we couldn’t be more thankful!!

very unprofessional and disrespectful. "Russell Wireless" or whoever this is should be avoided at all costs. Go elsewhere. "Brad" (or whoever he thinks he is) needs to get another job. Authorized Verizon retailer ya whatever.

The worst customer service ever!!! Short; bald white guy is horrible!!! I just needed to make a cash payment. Since Verizon has restricted my account to cash only due to a banking error! This guy saw me pulling in at 6pm. He was outside bringing the sign in. I know this location closes at 7pm. He still locked the door and continued to walk away. I stood at the door and when he opened it, he just said he was closed. I said you’re closed?? He said yes I’m short staffed. No apologies, not even asking what I needed. He was very dismissive and just an unprofessional attitude. I will never be back to this location! If you plan on buying a new phone or switching service.. don’t. These locations are very few and it’s such a hassle to try to get any customer service. I have only been to 1 location where workers were actually friendly.
