I am not sure why I bother with Verizon anymore?! I originally chose them 25 years ago because of the "coverage" and for the helpful phone and store support you would get. It's gone from them having a dedicated tech support team in the actual store, to them rolling their eyes when you had a tech question and not a new SALE question, to them charging me a fee before they would even offer to help me, to now, refusing to even look at my phone and tell me to call tech support. "They are only here to sell me a new device". Hello T-MOBILE! Your service sucks but at least I can save $75.00 a month. I guess the salesman was nice enough to look up the direct support tech line so I am not mad at him. I guess this either comes from the store level or corporate. But HEY Verizon! When I do buy an average of close to $1,000 a year in equipment and another $2,500 a year in device connected services don't you think that I might factor in ongoing customer service into that? Been loyal to that store since it opened. Thanks!!

This store rocks!!! 😁They fixed my phone from some weird font issues and all of the employees worked together and were extremely nice!!! Definitely recommend this location! Great customer service 💯

Joshua was extremely informative, and made my husband and I both feel at ease. He made the entire experience seamless and easy, while also making sure we knew everything that was going on. Joshua made sure to answer all of our many questions, never losing patience with us even though we arrived very late and were there passed closing time. We left that store feeling completely satisfied with our interaction and the transaction we made. 11/10
