I’m an exotic pet owner and I usually take my lemur with me everywhere I go. I’m literally just a human with a cool animal. While my husband and I are waiting to be assisted another person came in behind us who was helped before us. Then I have AN EMPLOYEE come stare right at us because “she’s never seen on in person”. I express we are here to have assistance with our plan where I’m told someone will be with us in a few moments. Uh okay? If you weren’t there to assist us, go DO what you get paid to do. I am not a zoo. Also I want to add that the females who work here are LOUD for literally no reason at all. There are people here to be assisted , people on call with customer service etc. Can’t hear over their mouths. Do better.

The representative pretends to go in the back and get the new device and comes back saying I can't finance a device trying going to the apple store .
