    I had a terrible experience when I called Verizon customer support on my phone. I went to this Verizon store which is close to me. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Yvette Lancette. She resolved my problem quickly and was very nice.

    Sending out a 5-star review for the Verizon Wireless Store at 2517 NE Bob Bullock Loop Suite 100. I was very fortunate to get to work with Kimberly today who is one of the BEST Mobile Phone and Wireless Representatives I have ever worked with. Verizon Management I would like to let you know that I recently left AT&T after being a customer for 20 years. Getting to work with representatives like Kimberly gives me confidence and comfort that I can be a good long-term customer of Verizon for many years.     We have an active phone and wifi service with Verizon and the service has been pretty good up until about 3 months ago.We had been having a hard time with the wifi service and my spouse called 2 or 3 times to find out what was going on and the representative couldn't help us,only told us the wifi strength was not very strong and then the call would drop and the representative never called back.This happened twice, well we were finally able to talk to another representative a third time and she told us Verizon had taken wifi service out of our area....so verizon was charging us for wifi service even though they knew there was no service in this area anymore and they didnt bother to let us know.We are very disappointed with Verizon and we have been with this company a long time,seriously considering changing phone companies.

    Hola buenas en lo personal. Sus vendedores te.ati3nd3n bien pero lo que venden es un mugrero el Samsung a15 presenta resistencia al touch y luego el día 29 me cancelaron el.servicio se puso en modo reset de fabrica me pidió una contraseña que no tenía y termine comprando mejor otra compañía. Ya que en la.zona norte pierde mucha señal por eso solo le.doy una estrella. Ya que nunca los pude contactar por teléfono y en la página oficial tampoco
