- ASAndrea SalazarJun 20, 20251.0We have an active phone and wifi service with Verizon and the service has been pretty good up until about 3 months ago.We had been having a hard time with the wifi service and my spouse called 2 or 3 times to find out what was going on and the representative couldn't help us,only told us the wifi strength was not very strong and then the call would drop and the representative never called back.This happened twice, well we were finally able to talk to another representative a third time and she told us Verizon had taken wifi service out of our area....so verizon was charging us for wifi service even though they knew there was no service in this area anymore and they didnt bother to let us know.We are very disappointed with Verizon and we have been with this company a long time,seriously considering changing phone companies.
