- MAMikki AllenJul 10, 20251.0Sales girl was asked to NOT set up the phone, she ignored me and did it anyway, I was charged a $25 upgrade fee (without being informed, I guess that’s thanks for being a 10 year customer) and the manager says that’s just how their store is run. So if you want to go where you’re ignored, overcharged & told that’s too bad, this is the place to go. Order online and save yourself the trouble, unless of course, your physical and billing address is different. Overall, this company is a hassle to deal with.
