  Roberto is very help and nice has soooo much patience and really deserves a raise idk about any of the other workers there because they don't really help you with your problems but everytime Roberto is working my problems have gotten solved

  Michael and Monica ( I think that's her name) was very helpful in getting our phone woes ironed out. Exactly the opposite of what I initially expected.

  so I just call this location I tell the girl I got my own phone. I tell her how much do the packages start off at she says how many phones I said I got my own phone. She said $80 I said that's your cheapest she said yes I said you don't have anything less than that she said yes it's $30. I said so you do have something cheaper she said yes we have I think 30 and I think 50 and I think 70. LOL I said what do you mean you think oh, do you work there? She says I'm just not sure what we have I said can you pass me to someone she said it's because I'm busy right now can I call you back later.? LMAO attn: ranchise OWNER: is this what u hire? I THINK????

  Went in to transfer service from one device to another due to a warranty issue. The lady wanted to charge us a "small fee" of $21.00 for simple customer service. Never going to this store. Waste of 30 seconds I was there.
