I am so disappointed ☹️ ☹️ ☹️ because I received a correspondence about my bill a week ago and immediately contacted an agent and the representative stated a bill had not been generated yet because of my recent signing up. I also received a text a few days ago stating I had a 00.00 bal. Tried to call customer service, financial services, and billing and for all three the same recording was repeated.. WOW have no idea what's going with this company cannot get in contact with anyone. Bad business, Bad service. As of now ...I will be switching to another carrier and would definitely not recommend the company or service to anyone....unless this issue is resolved.
