  Paid for the phone outright. They failed to merge the two phones and lost all photos on WhatsApp. Went back to seek resolution, the young man was rude and disrespectful.

  I recently visited this store after my family gifted me a new phone. They kid at the store treated me like an idiot before he even touched my phone. Stating that things were not working correctly because they were not backed up in my old phone. When he finally took my phone. He stated the the new phone was never migrated from the old one. But did he apologize. NO HE DID NOT! I guess since I was not a new sale he was not interested in helping. He wanted me out of the store as fast as possible. Then he said to do the migration at home because I did not want to wait at the store for over one hour. He assumed that BTW. Then he asked if there anyone Tech savvy at home. Again implying I was not. Lack of respect is not what Cricket wants to be known for. But if the employees are young disrespectful individuals. That's the reputation you will earn. I will drive to any other store before going back to Kerrville cricket.
