No one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help, they just walked past like we weren’t even there. After waiting patiently that long, someone finally decided to talk to us, only to say they didn’t even have the phone in stock! Why couldn’t they just tell us that in the first place instead of wasting our time? Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how Verizon treats potential customers, I can’t imagine how bad their actual service must be. Definitely not coming back.

We were greeted with a friendly smile, politely asked reason for visit, and then directed to representative for assistance. We are in our 80’s and in no way tech savy. A representative, Jack, helped us select iphone appropriate for our use and then did all set-up and data transfer from old phones. All in all, what is usually an ordeal for us was handled professionally and in a friendly manner. Highly recommend this store and its employees.

He then talked about how rude I was to another customer. They never explained the process of picking up a phone just let me wait, helped other customers who came in after me then called me rude when I asked about checking on it. I've been with Verizon a very long time and to be treated like this was unacceptable.
