Lock my phone up it was on a pattern that I couldn't remember and the next day I went in to get it looked at by Verizon on Pipeline. Jack was extremely helpful everyone in the store was,
He also set it up to where there was another backup I could get into my phone how to erase and reset data thank you.

I went to their store
to buy an iPhone, and the staff completely ignored us for more than 30 minutes. No one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help, they just walked past like we weren’t even there. After waiting patiently that long, someone finally decided to talk to us, only to say they didn’t even have the phone in stock!
Why couldn’t they just tell us that in the first place instead of wasting our time? Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how Verizon treats potential customers, I can’t imagine how bad their actual service must be. Definitely not coming back.

Verizon has the worst customer service. I waited for 30 minutes and not a single person came to help. Nobody checked, nobody asked—nothing. This is completely unacceptable. They take your money but can’t even provide basic service. Terrible experience. I do NOT recommend Verizon at all.

Stopped by the Hurst Store to update our Iphones. We were greeted with a friendly smile, politely asked reason for visit, and then directed to representative for assistance. We are in our 80’s and in no way tech savy. A representative, Jack, helped us select iphone appropriate for our use and then did all set-up and data transfer from old phones. All in all, what is usually an ordeal for us was handled professionally and in a friendly manner. Highly recommend this store and its employees.

The employees at this store were terrible. I was called rude for asking about an update on the phone I was supposed to pick up after waiting 30 minutes. He then talked about how rude I was to another customer. They never explained the process of picking up a phone just let me wait, helped other customers who came in after me then called me rude when I asked about checking on it. I've been with Verizon a very long time and to be treated like this was unacceptable.
