Do not give your business to these people, you will get scammed. I was offered to upgrade my router to a business router for free. They charged me $204. They offered to upgrade my devices, turn in my old devices, and I would only have to pay the taxes. They charged me $738. They offered me 2 iPads for $5 a line on a promotion. They charged me $20 a line, and after I was billed said that the promotion didn’t apply to business accounts. I had three watches that were paid off, and they were still charging me equipment and surcharges for a year. When I asked about this, they said call customer service. Customer service refuses to give me my receipts. They refuse to give me phone call records for the countless hours I’ve spent trying to get my OneTalk business line to work properly. I also had a ghost line for a tablet that I never owned, and was paying equipment fees, surcharges, and line fees on. They refused to help with anything.
I am now disputing my last charge, have already switched to AT&T, and have filed several complaints with the Better Business Bureau, as well as with the FCC.
The phone service is terrible, the internet service is shoddy, and the sales reps are shady.
Take my advice, save yourself the headache, and don’t ever do business with these people.

This has been one of the worst experiences, I had a business account executive, named Daniel who is no longer there or was somehow promoted...set up and screw up my business account. I've sent him numerous messages and no response in reference to the mishandling of my account. I've been overpaying for my coverage, well over $100 month, with added lines and services that were never approved. Then I got a call from a guy named Larry, who still hasn't replied to my email who was supposedly taking over, still have issues with my billing. Talk about regret dealing with this store.

DO NOT COME HERE! My fiancé & I came in on SEPTEMBER 13th to trade in my phone from AT&T for the new iPhone. They stated we would receive the check to pay off my AT&T bill (over $900) within 3 days. I still have yet to receive it. We've called Verizon & come to this store multiple times & nobody wants to help us!!!! We called Verizon AGAIN today, and they stated the return form was never filled out properly initially! UPDATE: we waited another 3 days like we were told & now are being told we have to wait 4-8 weeks to get the rebate! This is unacceptable! They are saying there is no way to expedite it, even though the mistake was made by a Verizon employee! & they are saying the cannot return our iPhone that we trade in.
