    I went in today to upgrade my phone as well as my daughters. I have done this a couple of times and usually they help you set it up and swap the phone, or you take the phone home and set it up. Well the sales guy casually says: oh the phones have been switching to the new phone sometimes, just so you know. Well both phones had switched so I had no working phone, as the new phone was not set up. I kind of panicked as I was not planning to go home. I was very flustered and the Verizon employees said if I wanted any sort of help, it would cost $30. It was like they were holding me hostage. They kept chattering in my face as I’m fumbling trying to get the new phone to work. I said to stop talking to me if they can’t help me. Then the woman said I was nasty. Won’t be back and should have demanded a refund and gone to TMobile.

    I have experienced terrible service at this location. I personally worked with Mohammed and I have been Waiting to speak with him as I’ve called in several times along with calling in and requesting the district manager or a manager of this facility. Mohammed told me that my bill will be one 6259 a month I look at my bill is $430. I kept telling him I did not want Internet. I kept telling him the services that I did not want. He kept saying everything is a free upgrade and or it would just be $10 more bringing my bill up to one $62.59. My bill is now $430. No one that I’ve called has forwarded any of my information to the manager. It’s been a week now I will be reporting this to the FTC.

    Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced. The staff convinced me to open a business line but had no idea how to set it up. I waited for over two hours, only to be told to come back later. When I returned, no one was available or willing to help. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Very disappointed.
