I waited for over two hours, only to be told to come back later. When I returned, no one was available or willing to help. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Very disappointed.

I am so glad I came to this location! Ivonne and Enzy are the best! They resolved my problem, and made sure I got the best offers available to me. I really could not recommend this location more. I am not one to ever leave reviews for businesses unless I am impressed. Everyone here is extremely helpful and they deserve the recognition. Thank you, Ivonne and Enzy!! I will always come to this location from here on out.

The employee was kind, but the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. I left feeling very upset and went to another store to complete my purchase. A manager’s job is to take care of customers and represent the company well, but this manager did the opposite. He is hurting Verizon’s reputation, and I believe keeping him in this position is a mistake!!!
