    The people that work at Verizon are generally pretty nice and try hard. But two times now Verizon has absolutely hosed me on international business trips. Be aware that whenever you get a new device or upgrade, they lock your phone for 60 days. That’s right two months. So if you have an eSIM that you need for banking or otherwise, when you travel, you’re absolutely up the river. And if you think that they will have any kind of understanding or sympathy, think again. The first time they did this to me I was in Kazakhstan for 10 weeks. The second time they did it to me recently, I was in Nigeria for eight weeks and I couldn’t bank because of them. I finally had to go out and buy a local piece of junk phone and get a SIM card. they say this is for security purposes, but let’s get real. It’s just to force you onto their international plan. The minute my contract is up I’m going with T-Mobile.

    I went to this location 3x before I actually purchased my new phone. The first time Zoe helped me and she was very sweet and helpful. She admitted she was new so she asked for manager support a few times but we appreciated her great service skills. The second time (which is the reason for the 4 stars) I was helped by another young lady - Hispanic with short black hair. Didn't get her name but she was not helpful at all. We came with all intention of buying but she told me the phone was on backorder, she couldn't check inventory elsewhere and told us we were better off going around checking other stores ourselves. Who has time for that? We left. On my 3rd and final visit I was so relieved Zoe got to help us again. I will 1000x prefer someone new and WILLING to help over a vet that just tells us no for everything. When I walked in the manager greeted us and was so attentive while we waited. I was already prepared to order the backordered phone. The manager asked for the one I wanted and said he will go check their stock first. Comes back to say they don't have it but already checked with another store and has it on hold for us ready for us to buy now. I was ELATED! Now that's customer service and goes to show that with effort you can really make a difference with your customers. Previous girl definitely wasn't willing to put in the work and that's why I didn't buy. Please coach her on doing better. On the other hand, this manager was AMAZING (hispanic male with short hair wish I remembered his name). If you are coming to this location I highly recommend Zoe and this manager. They literally saved my day because now I have my new phone just in time for my vacation! Thank you both! -Roxy Martinez

    Got my first Google phone today and I asked them if they could hook me up with the best one they possibly could. I cant believe I used an iPhone for so long, the amount of things possible is overwhelming, a tech guys dream of digital technologies. It wasn't cheap but they let me in on knowledge of a rebate so it really only cost $60 instead of multiple hundreds of dollars and they also made it Easy for me to understand the switch from apple to android. I already feel like a pro, and what all I can do with Google is addictive. Never knew droids were so customizable, love this thing.
