None of that was clearly explained before the appointment. If these things are required, they should be disclosed upfront instead of advertised as “free.” It felt misleading, especially for pet owners who are already stressed about their pets. The overall experience with our pet was also not great. I recommend reading the reviews and asking very specific questions about pricing before booking.
