    Exceptional Service, Honest Repair, and Incredible Results. I took my iPhone to several phone repair shops, and none of them wanted to or would not even try to fix it—most just tried to sell me a new phone. I then I was referred to and contacted Be Wireless an Phone repair shop that came highly recommended. I explained that my phone had been run over, shuts on and off on its own about every few minutes and had completely shattered front and back glass. I also explained that I desperately needed the iPhone data to be saved or recovered because the data was not backed up and was very important and irreplaceable to me. When I arrived they asked if I could wait about 30 minutes so they could open the phone and assess the internal damage. About 25 minutes later, Robert came out with my phone opened and carefully explained all the damage and repair options. His honesty and professionalism really stood out—something you don’t always find a lot at any type of repair shops anymore. I chose to move forward with the full repair and explained I needed it done as fast as possible. I expected it to take days because of the severe physical damage, but they completed the entire iPhone repairs in about three hours. They even changed the color of my phone to a new color I picked out and preferred much better. Even better, the final price was lower than the estimate because they were able to repair parts instead of replacing them. They also kept in contact with me with updates on the progress and to get approval to repair the charging port, cameras and frame instead of replacing them with new ones. I was shocked they actually were concerned with saving me money. When I picked it up, they confirmed they were able to save all my data. Everything was there—photos, contacts, messages and all of my info. The phone looked brand new and worked perfectly. This is the best phone repair shop by far. I needed fast service and my data saved which they did and did it extremely fast. Everyone was honest and professional and clearly a repair shop that truly cares. I highly recommend Be Wireless. I’m beyond impressed and am absolutely now a customer for life.

    Nightmare Phone Repair Experience at Be Wireless (Houston) Dropped my iPhone 14 Pro on Saturday, July 19. Took it to the Apple Store the next day (Sunday) but didn't want to pay $499 to replace just the rear glass. I also stopped by a UbreakIFIX shop and they recommended a brand new phone. So, I researched Yelp for repair shops. Rob from Be Wireless responded at 2:30 a.m. (!), and since the shop had been around for 37 years, I decided to give them a shot--even though reviews were a bit mixed. I dropped by around 1 p.m. on Monday. The owner was accommodating and even offered to meet me later that evening so I wouldn't have to trek back into the city during rush hour. BUT, that's where the problems began. 1. Initial Repair & Immediate Overheating When I got the phone back around 7 p.m. Monday, I noticed: * They had cracked my front screen during the rear glass repair, so they replaced the front as well. * The phone had visible moisture/humidity inside on the back and was returned with a scratched casing and dirty. * When I powered it on, a thermometer icon appeared with the message: "iPhone is too hot and will turn off." It overheated immediately. * The rear wasn't sealed properly. The owner admitted it should have sat under the infrared lamp longer. I refused to take it home. They promised to make it right and took it back for more work. 2. Unauthorized Parts & Botched Fixes * The next day, they replaced the battery without my permission - with an aftermarket version that doesn't register as authentic. * Later, they said they damaged a sensor (a diode?) and needed more parts. * The owner missed our Wednesday meetup, calling en route to say they needed another day. I'd now been using my kid's phone for three days. 3. Aftermarket Parts & Makeshift Solutions * They replaced multiple front screens because of heat and burning up issues (again, not my fault). * Eventually, they offered to install an aftermarket, thicker screen and knock 50% off the original repair. I agreed - I just wanted my phone back. 4. More Delays & Excuses * They worked on the phone for two more nights and gave it back July 24 (Thursday). But even then: * The front glass wasn't sealed properly and was lifting. * There was a white "depression" on the front and humidity spot that had continued to spread on the rear screen * Owner admitted the repair was rushed because I needed my phone back - looking back, essentially placing the blame on me. 5. Still Not Fixed * They told me to try using it overnight and return if issues persisted. Suggested using rubber bands to hold the screen in place (!). * Camera shortcut wouldn't work. * Flashlight button worked, but the light didn't turn on. * Screen kept flickering all night * display color issues - my Snap icon was greenish! 6. Final Straw: Apple Diagnosis By Monday, July 28, I'd had enough. I ran another diagnostic online with an Apple tech and scheduled another in-store appointment as a last ditch effort. I was desperate at this point. Their report: NINE+ failed components, the ones that I can remember right now, include: * Face ID * Camera * front and rear Glass issues * Water damage * Battery * Sensor * Software * Unsealed casing allowing humidity to enter * Rear glass misaligned and cracking (this is the first repair that had taken place) At one point, the Be Wireless owner told me to "try Windex" on the rear glass to fix the condensation. (Girl, what?) Eventually, the rear glass separated completely. It continued to crack in the Apple Store. Review Continued in photos - took screenshots! (It was too long!)
