    Fernando didn't seem to wanna help me. I felt like I was bothering him. The rest of the employees seem to just be talking to eachother. Ill be looking to find a phone somewhere else with better customer service

    Took me 3 days to get a refund for a product I purchased. I brought the product back in the original packaging along with the original receipt, and was told no refund until the manager comes back from lunch. C'mon guys. This is a professional corporation not a taco truck. "Joe" was extremely confrontational and argumentative, never said he was sorry for the delay, never offered to do anything other than tell me to come back later, and refused to let me speak to the manager on the phone. Juan needs to completely retrain the employees at this store or Verizon is going to continue to hemorrhage customers to other carriers. This store should be the first to go when Frontier takes over next year. Customer service is not taught or practiced here. I filed a formal complaint with corporate and recommended retraining for all stores employees.

    Mr. Fernando, thank you for your amazing customer service you provided for me and my wife. Thank you for taking care of us and helping us get exactly what we needed and tailor all the perks to our needs! During my time there I felt at home even when it was packed. I could see that the other reps were helping out all the other customers and were making us feel special with the goodies they were giving out for it being customer appreciation day. Will continue doing business here for the amazing experience my wife and I had. Thank you all!
