I walked in and spoke to Niki to gather information about price points and the process to trade up my phone and discuss the best options for my family's budget. She was very clear and explained every detail, and answered all my questions. She left me feeling confident coming back at a later time to complete my transaction(s). I had to come in sooner than expected, 90 minutes before closing, to complete the trade/deal because my phone was no longer optimal for me. Niki was off that day, but I was able to get seen immediately and worked with Ty to complete everything. Thanks to the information I got from Niki, I was able to assist Ty in the specifics I needed done with questions answered. He was very transparent with my charges and what needed to be done to settle everything. He was very patient with me and my toddler, mading the experience smooth and enjoyable. My phone was having some difficulties with transferring, he was willing to stay as long as needed to finish it but I reassured him I could take care of it at another time. The other staff there on both visits displayed the same characteristics and knowledge as Niki and Ty, I feel very comfortable coming back and continuing my business at this location. Thank you guys for saving me!
