I called to get pricing on a business account for three phones, and James told me he couldn’t provide any pricing over the phone. I’m comparing plans between T-Mobile and Verizon, and this experience definitely pushed me in the wrong direction. I want to be clear—Store Manager Dean was extremely professional, and the only reason I’m giving this review one star is because of him. But James completely ruined the experience for me. I will be contacting Verizon corporate about this interaction. Please be aware if you plan on dealing with this store—ask for Dean, and stay far away from James Johnson.
