    I spent hours on the phone with customer service and at a different location trying to make account changes with absolutely no luck, but I came into this branch and Darci was able to make the account changes needed without issue.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful experience with Alex Long at the Verizon store! He was incredibly knowledgeable about Android devices and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, even while handling another frustrated customer with complete patience and professionalism. He never once made us feel rushed or talked down to (which is rare these days), and he even apologized when the phone transfer process took longer than expected and drained my new phone’s battery. That level of care really stood out to us! After a not-so-great experience at this same location a few years back (with a different representative), we were hesitant to return, but Alex completely changed our opinion. He was courteous, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. My husband and I both agreed he deserves a raise! Verizon is lucky to have someone like Alex representing them.

    I just left Verizon and I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. I went in for help with my daughter’s phone — two simple issues — and the kid behind the counter tells me “everyone” has to reset their network settings for her phone to work. Excuse me? The entire world doesn’t need to reset their phones for mine to function. Which is literally what he claimed when I asked, well, do I need to tell her entire job and school to reset their phones so that they can get a hold of her too? It doesn’t and didn’t make sense. When I told him that didn’t make sense, and mentioned that I pay almost $500 a month for service that should just WORK, he got smart and sarcastic, saying everyone “should do that every 2–3 months”… Referring to resetting their network settings. He refused to help any further, literally refused to call for help or anything. Instead of helping, he threatened to call the cops just because I said I wasn’t okay with that and expected him to fix it. Then he starts trying to tell me how to parent, in front of my children. Completely out of line. Then his little friend stands up and says, “I’m calling the police.” For WHAT? For asking you to do your job? For expecting decent customer service? Totally unprofessional of Alex and John, completely disrespectful, and flat-out embarrassing for Verizon — especially in front of my kids. Hire adults, not attitude-filled teenagers on an ego trip.

    Anytime I need to go in I make sure summer’s there because her customer service is excellent. She always makes sure I get what I need and does it fast, next time y’all need something done. Make sure y’all go with her. She’s always so nice and makes the experience better. I’ve been using her for over a year now and I’m glad because once again she’s good at her job and know exactly what to do and she makes an annoying errand better. So glad she is with the graham team!
