We drove about 30–45 minutes to get there and ended up stuck behind a family who were getting new phone screen protectors. There was only one ZAGG representative working, which made the wait much longer than expected. I did call ahead to confirm availability for my iPhone model and was assured they had it in stock. When we arrived, the representative let me know he only had one left and that he had pulled it aside to save it for me, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Stock was otherwise limited at this location. The kiosk only had the 2-way privacy screen protector, but I was specifically looking for the 4-way privacy screen, which was disappointing. I also wish there were more ZAGG warranty locations closer to my home, as the distance makes replacements less convenient. Once helped, the service itself was solid and the product quality met expectations. With better staffing, improved stock availability, and more nearby locations, this would easily be a 5-star experience.
