I panic. .The sales representative did not properly explaine me all the details of the available discounts and promotions. After signing in and briefly talked to the manager, Julio helped me and he "properly" explained me EVERYTHING and he even showed me the promotions using his cell phone. I was so relieved. Julio made my day!!! I also talked to the manager that day and gave him an honest feedback on the other guy, which I am sure he had no intention. The Manager was very receptive and he was apologetic.

He didn’t even offer to double check if we were eligible for an upgrade didn’t offer to order the phone for us nothing. I know some stores are trying to reserve their stock for new customers only but the rude service at this store makes us want to switch companies.
