This young man went above and beyond and showed me numerically why I was paying so much and what we can do to reduced it. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient and over all deserves to be recognized of his time and effort as I also had no intentions of purchasing or upgrading anything to my current plan and he respected it. Plus we had to wait about 1 hour just to talk to a sales associate, even though we seen 3 workers just chatting and walking around the store, no urgency to get us a new phone.
