- RBRenee BustillosAug 15, 20251.0I chatted with Cricket online, not in the store. The service in my area has been spotty since early June. I have contacted Cricket twice about the issue. The first time the chat had to end right after I asked for a credit because of "technical difficulties". I chatted with them again today and I told them to check their records that I have contacted them about this issue before but the last person I chatted with put that I contacted them about rate plans. That was a flat out lie. So when I chatted today, they told me since they have no notes of issues before so they could not give me credit for the spotty coverage the last three months. I am looking for new service as we speak. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
