I am FURIOUS with Verizon right now. This is hands-down the WORST experience I have EVER had with ANY phone company, and I want everyone to know exactly what happened. The Fort Stockton Verizon store — Manager Melissa and rep Jessica — completely LIED to me. Not “misunderstood,” not “confused,” but straight-up lied. They promised me $10 lines, FREE new phones, payoff for my old devices, zero upfront cost, and smooth porting for ALL 34 of my business lines. They repeated it over and over and guaranteed everything before I drove all the way from Houston. Guess what? NONE of it was true. It’s been more than a week and: Half my lines don’t work I got ZERO phones The internet box is useless Customer service keeps transferring me Supervisors NEVER come on the phone Nobody takes responsibility And I lost my grandfathered T-Mobile plan forever because of Verizon’s lies Do you understand how insane that is? My business relies on these lines. Verizon has completely screwed up my operations, wasted my time, and caused me stress every single day while I chase people who don’t care. I have PROOF of everything — screenshots, chats, names, phone numbers. I’m already escalating this at the highest level because the way Verizon handled this is absolutely unacceptable. This is not a small mistake. This is straight-up MISLEADING CUSTOMERS just to make a sale and then disappearing when things fall apart. — Mayur M.

Verizon needs to step up right now. The Fort Stockton store made big promises $10 lines, free phones, full device payoff, and smooth porting for all 34 of my business lines. I drove from Houston because they guaranteed everything. Now it’s been more than a week and my business is suffering. Half my lines don’t work, I got zero phones, the internet box is useless, and customer service keeps passing me around. I also lost my grandfathered T-Mobile plan because of this. I have every screenshot, name, and proof, and I’m actively escalating this. Verizon I expect immediate action. This situation is unacceptable and I’m not stopping until it’s fixed. Mayur M.

Honestly this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a phone company. I switched my whole business account to Verizon because the Fort Stockton store promised me a great deal. They told me all my lines would be $10 each, I’d get free new phones, they’d pay off my old phones, and everything would be easy.I even drove all the way from Houston to Fort Stockton just because they assured me everything was 100% confirmed. But after more than a week, this is what I’m dealing with:Only part of my lines were ported over. Some of my business lines still don’t work.I didn’t get any of the phones they promised. The internet box they gave me doesn’t work.Customer service keeps transferring me and no one helps.Supervisors never get on the call. And I lost my old T-Mobile grandfathered plan because of all This has messed up my business (LOVE LIQUOR) really badly — customers and employees can’t reach the right numbers, and I’m just stuck waiting for someone at Verizon to actually fix something.I have screenshots and proof of everything the store promised. I’m still trying to get Verizon to make this right, but so far it’s just been stress, wasted time, and broken promises. Really disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with Verizon’s service and the false promises made by their Fort Stockton store. I moved my entire business account to Verizon after the store manager Melissa and representative Jessica promised me an incredible deal: $10 per line Free new phones (iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB & Samsung Fold 7 512GB) Payoff of my old devices Full porting of all 34 business lines No upfront cost I even drove from Houston to Fort Stockton to complete the process after confirming everything multiple times with them. But after more than 10 days, here is what happened: ❌ Only 20 lines were ported, and several are not working ❌ I have received no phones at all ❌ The internet box they gave me is not working ❌ Customer service has been zero help ❌ Supervisors never come on the call ❌ I lost my grandfathered T-Mobile plan, which I can never get back ❌ Verizon is not honoring anything the store promised This has caused major disruption to my business and a lot of stress. I have all screenshots and proof of the promises made. Verizon needs to take responsibility and fix this immediately. This experience has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
