The Fort Stockton store made big promises $10 lines, free phones, full device payoff, and smooth porting for all 34 of my business lines. I drove from Houston because they guaranteed everything. Now it’s been more than a week and my business is suffering. Half my lines don’t work, I got zero phones, the internet box is useless, and customer service keeps passing me around. I also lost my grandfathered T-Mobile plan because of this. I have every screenshot, name, and proof, and I’m actively escalating this. Verizon I expect immediate action.
